To head up and lead a sub team within Property Litigation�Commercial�and residential client base�Inherit busy caseload and clients�Continue to build a team around yourself, remaining within the wider litigation team�Advise on:�
Contentious Commercial Property issuesDisputes regarding easements, covenants, the construction of property contracts, overage, way leavesNuisance, adverse possession, boundaries, misrepresentation claims and property related professional negligenceLandlord and tenant matters including disputed break notices, forfeiture, business lease renewals, enforcement of lease covenants, dilapidation's and the impact of insolvency procedures�(Potentially additional disputes relating to construction & contentious probate)�You will need:�
To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 5 years PQE+� �Litigation experience - ideally with property litigation�#G2MSS
